Some of you may have received the information regarding the Northpointe Development meeting to discuss the Development Application. For those who did not and are interested, “Central Realty Holdings is hosting an At-Large Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the Re-Zoning of 3 Wade Hampton Blvd. and the immediately adjacent properties to a Planned Development Zoning Designation, Docket Z-33-2015. The core of the proposed development will include a Harris Teeter Grocery Store, approximately 8-10 small retailers (22,000 sq. ft. total), and 285 multifamily homes. Ample parking will be provided in a parking deck in the center of the development. Two outparcels will also be included in the rezoning.”
The two meetings will be held at the Canal Insurance Auditorium, 400 E. Stone Ave. on Tuesday, January 12. One meeting will be held at 4pm and the second at 7pm.
Parking is available at the SW corner of Mitchell St. and E. Stone Ave. Handicap Only – visitor spaces at the Canal Main Entrance.
