For those interested: A neighborhood meeting for proposed Subdivision Application SD16-544 is scheduled for Tuesday evening, September 30, at 6:15 at the Bobby Pearse Community Center. This is the subdivision proposed for the property between W. Mountain View and W. Hillcrest that many remember as the Cottages at Townes. The property is currently zoned R-6 with 9 proposed lots. The proposed subdivision is still zoned R-6 but with 7 single family lots. Another difference is that they are now proposing a new privately owned road with a cul-de-sac beginning at 22 W. Mountainview. The previous application had the road coming off of Townes St.
The formal Planning Commission Meeting for Application SD 15-402 is scheduled for Thursday, September 15 at 4pm on the 10th floor of Council Chambers at City Hall.
