Thank you for attending last night’s meeting for the mixed use proposal for East Stone and Rowley Streets. There was a packed room! Good comments regarding traffic, traffic calming, building height, massing, building use, scale and buffering. Any further comments, please email developer: Bogue Wallin “firstname.lastname@example.org”
In case you missed the meeting……The proposed planned development will include 51 apartments and approximately 1600 sf of retail/commercial space on the corner of East Stone and Rowley Streets. The proposed building will be four stories high on Stone Avenue and 2 stories high in the back on Rowley Street. The apartments offered include 1BR, 2BR and studios. There is a proposed community space garden/firepit in the back, bike parking and outside rooftop deck. Below is a link to the application for the planning commission and site designs:
The first public hearing will be at the Planning Commission, August 8 at 4pm, 9th floor city hall. The public is welcome and may speak about the project. If you are unable to attend, but would like to submit comments for public record, you may email: email@example.com
This exciting new project will set a high standard for all forthcoming development in the North End of town. We will continue to encourage good mixed use on Stone Avenue.
