The City of Greenville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the 10th floor Council Chambers at City Hall, for the purpose of considering the following Applications:

A. Z 06-2010. Application of Saad Holdings, LLC to Rezone two parcels of land pursuant to Section 19-2.3.2, Amendments to Text and Zoning District Map, of the Greenville City Code. The property is located in the 400 block of Dunbar Street and is proposed to be rezoned from ‘I-1′, Industrial, District, and ‘RM-1′, Single and Multifamily Residential, District, to ‘RDV’, Redevelopment, District (TMS #’s 0086000100800 and 0086000100900).

B. SD 10-180. Application of Bryan Shumpert of Arbor Engineering in behalf of Fannie H. Cromwell, Owner, for a Land Development Permit (Major Subdivision) pursuant to Section 19-2.3.13, Land Development, of the Greenville City Code for property located at 327 Rice Street. The property is zoned ‘R-6′, Single Family, District, consists of approximately 22.2 acres of land, and is proposed to be divided into five (5) lots (TMS # 0222020303200).

C. SD 10-191. Application of The Croft Co, Inc. for a Land Development Permit (Major Subdivision) pursuant to Section 19-2.3.13, Land Development, of the Greenville City Code for property located at 701 E. McBee Avenue. The property is zoned ‘OD’, Office and Institutional, District, consists of approximately 0.65 acres of land, and is proposed to be divided into eight (8) lots (TMS # 0064000102600).

D. SD 10-196. Application of The Croft Co, Inc. for a Land Development Permit (Major Subdivision) pursuant to Section 19-2.3.13, Land Development, of the Greenville City Code for property located at 103 Hope Street and 107 Sherwood Street. The property is zoned ‘RM-2′, Single and Multifamily Residential, District, consists of approximately 0.639 acres of land, and is proposed to be divided into five (5) lots (TMS #’s 0068000200103 and 0068000200104).

E. Z 22-2010. Application of the City of Greenville pursuant to Section 19-2.3.2, Amendments to Text and Zoning District Map, of the Greenville City Code for a Text Amendment to Section 19-4.3.2 (F) (1) (b) (3), Freestanding Communication Towers, to delete reference to a maximum height for freestanding communication towers.

F. Z 23- 2010. Application of the City of Greenville pursuant to Section 19-2.3.2, Amendments to Text and Zoning District Map, of the Greenville City Code for a Text Amendment to Section 19-4.1, Table of Uses, to allow “Self-Service Storage” by Special Exception in the ‘C-4′, Central Business, District.

G. Z 24– 2010. Application of the City of Greenville pursuant to Section 19-2.3.2, Amendments to Text and Zoning District Map, of the Greenville City Code for a Text Amendment to Section 19-4.1, Table of Uses, to require a Special Exception for any use having a “drive-through” facility (principal or accessory) located within the ‘C-4′, Central Business, District.

H. Z 25– 2010. Application of the City of Greenville pursuant to Section 19-2.3.2, Amendments to Text and Zoning District Map, of the Greenville City Code for selected Text Amendments to Section 19-6.2, Landscaping, Buffering, and Screening.
