There is a virtual public meeting scheduled for Tuesday evening, August 2, at 6PM. This meeting is required by the city for the proposed development at 237 Wade Hampton Blvd.
This property is proposed as a mixed-use development that may include office/commercial/restaurant along the Wade Hampton frontage and indoor, conditioned self-storage facing the natural wetland area on the back of the property. There are two (2) proposed single family lots that will be subdivided off the Mohawk Drive frontage, and a large portion of the site will remain natural as it is wetland area.
Information should be posted at least 10 days prior to the meeting and mailed to any resident within 1000 ft.
