Support Needed at Jan 16 Planning and Zoning Meeting

We are posting an email from Amy Ryberg Doyle, requesting residents to attend the Jan 16 Planning and Zoning meeting.  You may speak or send an email to the Marie McClendon at the address below to express your opinion.  See below for more information.  You can also view the staff report for appeal that is on the Jan 16 agenda.
As I mentioned in December, the Police Department conducted a vice raid on Whatever, 105 East Stone Avenue.  There were drugs, cash and illicit manufacturing and business practices.   The zoning administrator immediately revoked the business license.  They hired an attorney and are appealing the decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals.  The City Prosecutor, Bob Coler, will make the case for restriction of use.  WE NEED NEIGHBORHOOD SUPPORT!   Please help us by coming to meeting and speaking on behalf of the neighborhood.  You can send an email to: <mmcclendon@greenvillesc.gov>
We are working hard to ensure good neighborhood friendly development on Stone Avenue.  We cannot allow illegal behavior
! “

Thank you kindly,

Amy
