The Round 2 Text Amendments to the Land Management Ordinance (LMO) are now available for review and comment on the City’s website at https://www.greenvillesc.gov/1870/Land-Management-Ordinance-Amendments—R. They address affordable housing, traffic, parking lots, table of uses and stormwater, and as before, in each case, the current ordinance and the proposed change(s) are provided side-by-side for easier comparison.
We encourage you to review the proposed changes and provide their input. You can submit your comments, as well as any questions you have about specific issues or changes, directly from the page. The deadline to provide comments on the Round 2 Text Amendments is next Tuesday, June 15 at 5 p.m.. The Planning Commission will consider them at their June 17 meeting.
