Public Input Meeting on Bipartisan Elections

Greenville City Council is considering a change from partisan to nonpartisan municipal elections; however, prior to moving forward, City Council is seeking input from city residents. In January, the City will host a public meeting in each City Council district to give citizens an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. Before taking any formal action, City Council will review and assess the input received and will hold a public hearing at City Hall.

The public input meeting for District 1 will take place Tuesday, January 21, at 7PM at the Sears Recreation Center (100 E. Park Ave.)
