Pit Bulls Running Loose Sat evening on Summit

From Nextdoor: Two large brown pit bulls yesterday evening around 7pm near Summit Drive and Wedgewood. They were not friendly dogs, running around without an owner, growling at us. We alerted the authorities but I’m not sure what happened after that.
