NorthPointe Update: Nov 8

“Next week will be a big week for us! Everything depends on the weather, as always. As of right now, we anticipating working multiple crews for 24 hours a day starting Sunday.
Greenville Water will be out Monday or Tuesday night (weather-dependent) to do their work in Stone Avenue. This will be the loud work. It will only impact a few businesses in Stone Avenue. No residences will lose water during this work. I will let you know which day as soon as I have it confirmed.
Daytime crews will continue to do all work they possibly can. Overnight crews will be working on the curbing and asphalt prep in areas close to traffic flow, where the amount daytime traffic is not conducive to a safe work environment. These areas are mostly along Stone Avenue next week, and Wade Hampton will follow in two weeks. This work in not anticipated to be loud.
Lastly, as many of you have noticed, the traffic signals at Stone Ave and Wade Hampton are not using their final sequence yet. The retiming is in progress and will be completed shortly.”
