The North Main Community Association (NMCA) is a non-profit, volunteer-based neighborhood association committed to serving those who live, work and play within the North Main Community of Greenville, South Carolina.
Our mission
The NMCA’s mission is to promote and protect the beauty, safety, stability, cleanliness, and social and economic viability of the neighborhood by fostering alliances among local residents, merchants and government officials.
What we do
NMCA seeks to represent community interests as a single voice whenever possible.
- We represent your community when dealing with city agencies and officials.
- We keep you updated on regulations and events that affect your community.
- We send a monthly newsletter and special announcements right to your inbox.
- We alert you to suspicious activity so you can protect your family and property.
- We help to maintain green spaces that everyone in the community can enjoy.
- We sponsor social events and educational activities for adults and youth in the North Main area.
- We help reunite lost and found pets with their owners.

Join the NMCA
Whether you live, work or play in the North Main Community, we’d love to have you as a member of the Association. The cost is only $20 per household, per year. Businesses inside and outside the community are also invited to join for $30 per year. A company membership/sponsorship gets your website linked on our Shop Local webpage for one year.
