In case you missed it in the Greenville News, the new trolley route that you provided comments to NMCA on last year will be put in place from May to October for a trial run.
The new North Main route will extend further beyond Earle Street, where the current route turns around to head back downtown.
Instead, the new route will take it by the Northgate Soda Shop, across Gallivan Street and to Mohawk Drive by The Community Tap. This is what many of you requested.
It will then continue down East Stone Avenue to the edge of the Overbrook neighborhood and travel across East Park Avenue to reconnect with North Main and back downtown.The extension will make it so Overbrook residents don’t have to cross Stone Avenue.
