Just a reminder about two meetings this week of interest:
North Main Building & Design has invited all interested parties to a neighborhood meeting to introduce their newest project, “Cottages at Townes”. The location of this new development is off Townes St. Ext., between W. Hillcrest Dr and W. Mountainview Ave. This is an unofficial meeting for the neighbors to be held on Tuesday, January 8, at 6:15 pm at the Bobby Pearse Community Center. On that same topic, The City of Greenville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 10 at 4:00 PM in the 1st Floor Meeting Room of City Hall, for the purpose of considering the following Applications:
A. SD 13-03. Application of Site Design, Inc (Townes Street Land Trust, Owner) for a Land Development Permit (Major Subdivision – Preliminary Plat) pursuant to Section 19-2.3.13, Land Development, of the Greenville City Code for the reconfiguration of an undeveloped alley and 11 properties including 210 and 212 Townes Street Extension. The properties are zoned ‘R-6’, Single Family Residential, District, consist of approximately 2.17 acres of land, and are proposed to be subdivided into a total of 10 buildable lots (TMS# 0178000503100 et al).
