There won’t be any shortcuts to Midnight Waffles – at least not on Stone Avenue!
Below is the conclusion reached by Judge Miller that has forced the Waffle House to do what they should have done from the beginning. They will now go to the Board of Zoning Appeals and request to stay open beyond midnight. That will happen on June 17th.
