We finally have the answer many have been waiting for…it’s confirmed that Harris Teeter will be the anchor tenant for the new Northpointe development. The 53,000-square-foot grocery store will be similar to the one already under construction at Lewis Plaza on Augusta Street, which is set to include a wine bar, fresh-prepared juice bar, made-to-order and hot food bar and other upscale grocery amenities.
