The City of Greenville Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 2, 2010 in the 3rd floor Conference Room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:

Urban Design Panel begins at 4:00 pm:

CA 10-175. Request by Garfield Signs to install one internally-illuminated wall sign and window graphics for ‘Edward Jones Investments’ on property located at 651 South Main Street, in the Central Business District.

CA 10-179. Request by St. Clair Signs to install one wall sign for ‘Natural Baby’ on property located at 17 College Street, in the Central Business District.

CA 10-178. Request by A.J. Whittenberg School for an electronic message board that is 21.54 square feet for the sign at 420 Westfield Street. The request is a request for an exception from the sign standards in Sec. 19-6.6 of the City Code.

CA 10-184. Request by Mark Godfrey for SCBT to construct a stand-alone drive-thru facility on property located on East Broad Street, in the Central Business District (TMS #0062000300105).

CA 10-195. Request by KDS Commercial Properties for modification of a previously-approved building and signs to be located at 7 South Main Street, in the Central Business District.

Neighborhood Design Panel begins at 5:00 pm:

CA 10-186. Request by Doug & Sally Long to replace windows and front door, screen an existing side porch and to construct a new side porch on the house located at 515 Pettigru St, in the Pettigru Preservation Overlay District.
