Male shitzu found earlier today (Oct 12) on Mountainview near Rutherford. Collar but no identification and no microchip (this was checked). If he is yours or you know where he lives, please contact Michelle at 864.350.1513 (cell). Also, if you are able to “foster” him until his owner is found, that would help as Michelle has several dogs, including one who is aggressive towards him.
