Many of you have been following the new “Cottages at Townes” proposed development…between W. Mountainview and W. Hillcrest. Neighbors have appealed the Planning Commission’s approval of the first plan, but the developer has submitted a revised plan which will be presented at the Planning Commission Meeting on March 14.
North Main Building & Design are holding another neighborhood meeting to present the revised plan and answer questions. The meeting will be held this coming Tuesday evening, February 26, at 6:30 pm at the Bobby Pearse Community Center. We encourage anyone interested to attend.
