A Special Formal Meeting of City Council has been scheduled for Monday, April 6 at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers on the 10th floor of City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to hold first reading of a petition-initiated ordinance to repeal Ordinance 2014-25, which established a nonpartisan method of nominations for municipal elections in the city of Greenville. The Special Formal Meeting will follow the City Council Work Session already scheduled for that day.
