Bike Stolen from Russell Ave.

Bike stolen from Russell Ave.  July 4th weekend.  Specialized Hard Rock 19″ Mountain bike.  Red and silver.  Has a hitch attachment on the seat tube to tow a kids bike.  Picture attached. Please respond if you have any information.  Thank you!
