Over the last couple of days we have had reports of more “roaming” dogs in the North Main area than usual. They have been seen on North Main, on W. Hillcrest and on E. Montclair. Two were black labs which did not seem that aggressive but still made a dog walker nervous. The others were male…a dark brown older dog with a collar and an older black lab with a collar. PLEASE make sure your pets are contained in your home or in your yard. If you have an electric fence, please make sure it’s working.
Many of us are mostly concerned about something happening to them, such as getting hit by a car, etc. So please keep your animals safe. And follow precautions about social distancing not only with people but with pets. Don’t pet someone else’s dog or allow others to pet yours. And please keep your dog on a leash when walking
