We just learned that there are some confusing issues regarding this election. If you are in Precinct 3 and vote at Summit, you will be able to vote for House District 22, Senate District 6 and Sheriff. If you are in 4 and vote at Stone Academy, what district you are in determines who you can vote for (not all will be able to vote for House and Senate). This is all based on where the lines are drawn. You will be asked which primary you wish to vote in. Apparently the only one there are democratic candidates in is for Sheriff. We did not realize this until I just talked to the supervisor of elections. You may not know until you get there (unless you know you are in District 22) so, regardless, you need to go vote and request to vote in the Republican primary if you want to vote for House and Senate. Your ballot should be correct if the poling workers are paying attention.
