For those interested, don’t forget about the public hearing regarding the property formerly known as the “Cottages at Townes” to be held tomorrow evening (Monday, March 23) at 6PM at the Bobby Pearse Community Center. The proposed plan includes a total of 8 homes with a road coming off of Townes St. Ext. andrunning between the backs of houses on W. Hillcrest and W. Mtn. View to a cul-de-sac. You will have a chance to review the application, staff report and related materials and make comments. You may submit written comments or be heard at the Formal Planning Commission Hearing scheduled for April 16, at 4pm , 10th floor Council Chamber, City Hall.
