The swearing-in ceremony for four elected officials will be held on Monday, December 11 at 5:30 p.m. on the 10th floor of City Hall prior to the Formal Meeting of City Council. District 2 Representative Lillian B. Flemming; District 4 Representative Wil Brasington and At Large Representative Russell H. Stall will each be sworn in to a four-year term on City Council. Phillip A. Kilgore will be sworn in to a six-year term as Commissioner of Public Works.
