We received the following information from a member and are passing it along for your information…
“This morning as I was heading out to work about 5:30 am, I noticed a car (medium size silver, something like a Kia, Hundai ?) going down Ashley Ave slower than most, especially in the early hours. As I pulled out of my driveway, he was sitting at the stop sign for Main St. As I approached him at the sign, he pulled out and went up Main, turning left on Buist. Seemed odd. So I followed up and turned on Buist. He had sped up and was at the Townes crossing as I turned on to the street. He made a u turn and came back at me at the intersection heading back to Main. I turned around to follow and again he took off. I lost him at Main. I turned on Main St toward the Soda Shop and as I about to pass Gallivan, here he came again. He had gone up Gallivan and made another u turn. I headed up North Main. I did call the City Desk and asked for a patrol to come out and see if they could find and talk to this guy. Unfortunately I never got a tag or a description of the driver. If anyone sees him again, make that call to the city.”
