One of our residents reported the following on our Facebook page earlier this evening…We wanted to make sure all saw it:
“Today a green 15 seater van Lic Plate JEG481 pulled up to my house on Broughton Drive in the Croftstone neighborhood. A skinny white lady and a heavy-set African American lady came to my door. The white lady handed me a bottle of Spic ‘N Span, she said she wanted to give me a gift. She then said they were trying to tell people about their business located across from Kohl’s on Woodruff Rd. They were making their own cleaning products. Now this was confusing to me, since she handed me a bottle of Spic ‘N Span. I gave it back to her and told her I was busy with my sick kids. This was about 1pm today. My mom left my house around 2pm and said that they were still going door to door. I called the police to let them know. As I came back from my run tonight around 7pm, I saw them enter the neighborhood again and then they sped by my house laughing hysterically. It was very strange. The van was driven by a white man with dark hair. I forgot to ask them if they had a permit and I cannot remember the name of their company. Just look out for them.”
