Had to call the police to Gallivan St at 10 pm tonight (Wed night). We spotted a young woman with a flashlight in our yard & watched as she boldly explored our yard, our neighbors yard, even the neighbor’s deck (while they were home!) and continue on across the street into another yard. The police arrived quickly and caught her, but she’ll likely only rec’v a minor citation as it appears she was scoping things out. The police gave the impression that she was not working alone. She drives a late model white Cherokee with Community Tap & Lucky Bike stickers. She moved in a relaxed, confident way boldly sweeping the yards. Our dogs never barked. Creepy.
