Planning Commission Meeting on West Mountainview Property
The City of Greenville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the 1st Floor Meeting Room of City Hall. The following is one of the agenda items:
B. SD 12-200. Application of Mountainview Holdings, LLC for a Land Development Permit (Major Subdivision – Preliminary Plat) pursuant to Section 19-2.3.13, Land Development, of the Greenville City Code for property located at 10 Mountainview Avenue. The property is zoned ‘R-6’, Single Family Residential, District, consists of approximately 2.2 acres of land, and is proposed to be divided into a total of five (5) lots (TMS# 0178000502300).
