Update from NorthPointe Development Coordinator:
We have had extra help on site this week! The Minions and Waldo were out there yesterday!!
This coming week will see a lot of concrete trucks on site. The curbs, sidewalks, and traffic signal pole foundations are all in the works. All of this week will be done during the day.
We also expect DUKE ENERGY TO BE COMPLETED by the end of next week. While that may not sound as exciting to you, as it is to us, it is phenomenal news. Their teams have been working diligently for months to not only stay ahead of the many storms, but also our crews. We appreciate their hard work.
