SCDOT came out to check the site late last week. We do have a few items that they requested to be fixed/re-done. Once they accept the asphalt and concrete, we will start looking for the next opportunity to complete the stripping and finish the job.
We are also looking for the next opportunity to lay the first foundations!! We will be building the Apartment-only building that overlooks the bridge of Church Street over Stone Ave. The next building to start will be the parking deck, then the apartment and retail building along Stone Ave and Wade Hampton. Fourth, you will see the Harris Teeter launch.
Lastly, I want to thank the Gridley Club for inviting me to such a delicious lunch today. I had a lot of fun discussing the NorthPointe development.
