NorthPointe Update: Feb 21
The new street lights started going up TODAY! You will notice that Duke’s subcontractor Pike Construction is out there on Stone Avenue now.
Due to the weather, we have delayed any “punchlist items” on the roads until further notice. You will see the crews continue to move ahead on site and come back to the roads in several weeks, when we can count on many good-weather days strung together.
I have had several people comment that the Mohawk traffic signal at Wade Hampton seems off-center. The intersection is oriented to integrate with the NorthPointe development access. When we are able to allow people into the Harris Teeter parking lot (because, yes, that it your direct access!), their placement will become clear.
