The following Application was advertised to be heard at the regular Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 4:00 PM in the 10th Floor Council Chambers at City Hall:
Z-19-2013. Application of the City of Greenville for a Text Amendment to section 19-6, Development and Design Standards, of the Land Management Ordinance to incorporate new standards for single-family residential infill development.
The above application has been withdrawn for further study and public input. The City Council will form a task force committee of Council members, Planning Commission members, and various stakeholder representatives (residents, neighborhood associations, developers, realtors, etc.) to prepare a text amendment that can address the many issues and concerns at hand. An application is expected to be resubmitted in late winter or early spring 2014.
