Greenville Water has a new project to replace the aging water mains which currently provide service. The scope will include the installation of approximately 2800 linear feet of new 6-inch water mains along Cotton St, Foster St, W. Hillcrest Dr, Elizabeth St, and Balsam Dr. Construction is expected to begin by mid-October.
