Please join us at the Sears Community Center on Wednesday, March 4th, for a North Main Community Meeting. 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. The following presenters will discuss the listed topics, and answer your questions.
John DeWorken — Greenville City Councilmember for District 1. John will summarize key city initiatives / plans discussed at a recent City Council retreat as well as the more routine series of meetings he takes part in. Each has bearing on the North Main Community.
Marlie Creasey-Smith — Director, Parks & Rec, City of Greenville. Marlie will summarize plans (tasks and schedule) for remediation and repair of the Bobby Pearse Center and other relevant plans regarding Rotary Park.
Dave Modeen — NMCA President. Dave will introduce the newest members of the NMCA Board, summarize the results of the recent survey of NMCA members, and subsequent NMCA activities and efforts in 2020.
Each presenter will have 5 minutes after their remarks to take questions and respond. Following the meeting, the NMCA Board will meet at 7:15. Members are welcome to stay and attend the meeting.
