We’ve received questions about absentee and early voting. If you know or are not sure you will be able to vote on June 12, please vote early. A voter can vote absentee in-person at the Greenville County Elections office at 301 University Ridge until 5:00 p.m. on the day before the election, casting their ballot on voting machines.
Follow the red signs along the road to the voting area and request to vote absentee. You will be asked to show one of the following valid Photo IDs:
- S.C. Driver’s License
- ID Card Issued by S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles
- S.C. Voter Registration Card with Photo
- Federal Military ID (Includes Veterans Administration Card)
- U.S. Passport
