The City’s Solid Waste & Recycling Division needs your help. If possible, please remove parked vehicles and portable basketball goals from the street between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on your weekly collection day to give crews a clear path to work in. Three or four different automated trucks come through on collection days (recycling, trash, yard waste, etc.) and vehicles parked on the street prevent the equipment from accessing trash/recycling containers and yard waste piles. It also forces the drivers to weave around the vehicles, creating an unsafe situation.
