Results from the Historic Resources Survey conducted in the city last year included the identification of properties listed as distinct contributors to the local character of our community, including multiple properties in the North Main area. These properties are designated in the survey and centered around Stone Academy and Buist Circle. The City is holding an informational meeting for the residents whose properties fall within these areas (and for any other residents who may be interested) on Tuesday, November 27 at 6 p.m. at Daybreak Community Church (37 E Hillcrest Dr). There will be a brief presentation at the start of the meeting, then City staff from Community Development and Planning & Development will answer questions.
