We have had a lot of dirt moving! The earthwork for the apartment building is almost complete. The underground plumbing will start next week, followed by the concrete slab. Then the framers are scheduled to start in mid-April.
The earthwork for the parking deck, retail and remaining apartments has been rolling. It is hard to see from the street, but I have posted photos from my walk around the site today on Facebook (Click Here).
The Roadwork is still moving very slowly due to the few remaining items being weather dependent. I will keep you updated if there is any major change to look out for.
