We have checked several boxes this week! Greenville Water is complete with their work on Stone Avenue and anticipates being totally complete with the job by end of this week. Duke Energy and their contractor, Pike Electric, also pulled off the site yesterday! After two years of cooperation, Duke and Pike have modified, removed, or added over 70 poles around the development. They all have done a heroic job to get us this close to going vertical!
There will be sewer work on Stone Avenue on Thursday evening. Please watch for workers.
As you have seen on the electronic billboards, there will be a few changes to traffic patterns over the course of the weekend. Pending weather, YPS & Sloan Construction are milling and laying the final asphalt on Stone Avenue during this time. This kind of work means that we are close!!!
If possible, we encourage you to avoid Stone Avenue this weekend. If you cannot, please remain extra alert!!
