The City of Greenville Poinsettia Christmas Parade will once again usher in the holiday season with over 75 musical marching units, elaborately decorated floats and, of course, Santa Claus. This year’s parade will take place on Main Street, from Augusta Street to North Street, on Saturday, December 2 at 6 p.m.
Business, school and community groups interested in participating in this year’s parade can apply in one of the following categories with corresponding entry fees: marching/walking unit ($200); float ($100); non-profit or charitable organization walking unit ($75) and non-profit or charitable organization float ($50). Parade applications are available at http://events.greenvillesc.gov/ and are due by Friday, November 3.
