In a belated celebration of Earth Day, when those of us who enjoy clean air and water and a green environment pay homage to our planet, HOG (Hands on Greenville) day volunteers will be at the North Main Rotary Park this coming Saturday, May 2, from 8 am to noon to give our park a spring cleaning. We are asking for any assistance our members can give to aid in this effort and demonstrate our appreciation for our park and the selfless work these volunteers provide to continue to make our park a special piece of the North Main community. Please join us and other neighbors on Saturday, May 2 for this event.
Come for an hour or come for the morning. Please bring tools (rakes, pruners, etc.) gloves and wear long sleeves and long pants if you would like to help pull ivy, kudzu, etc. We will provide water. Please RSVP to northmaincomm@gmail.com if you plan to come. Thank you!
