We’ve received several questions regarding people coming to houses and the residents are unsure what they want. In my case it was one young lady…we just had a report of two young ladies. The resident would not open the door due to the uncertainty of who they are. Plus most of us just don’t want to be bothered with solicitors of any kind.
In my case, they were looking for signatures for a petition regarding the nonpartisan voting change. I don’t remember exactly what it was, but that is likely what a lot of these are. Still, it pays to be cautious and you always have the option of not answering the door.
