The City of Greenville requires developers and applicants to conduct neighborhood meetings for
certain types of projects and requests before they are presented to the Planning Commission. You
are receiving this letter because your property is located near the following pending application:
x Rezone 290sf of residential property to commercial property that sits between two
commercial lots at 15 E Stone Ave (see attached image)
The applicant will share additional information about this proposal during the neighborhood
meeting. You are invited to attend and ask questions, share concerns, and provide input about the
