The Reedy River Duck Derby is tomorrow, Saturday, May 3, from 10am to 4pm. There will be lots of children’s activities and displays by local artists. The ducks will be ‘released’ at 2:30 but it’s not too late to adopt a duck(s). They are only $10 each or you can get 4 for $30. Just go to the Duck Derby Website and you can adopt online using a credit card. The proceeds will benefit the Mauldin Miracle League (MML), Greenville Area Interfaith Hospitality Network (GAIHN), EarlyAct FirstKnight, Polio Plus, Partners in Agriculture, and other local charitable organizations.
The grand prize is groceries for a year from Publix. Second prize is a children’s playhouse. Other early finishers also get great prizes.
