Due to the bitter cold weather forecasted for Tuesday morning, the City of Greenville is suspending its solid waste/recycling collection services on Tuesday. As a result, collection services will be one day late for the remainder of the week. The decision to suspend services was made to protect the City’s collection crews, and particularly those employees on the vehicles, from exposure to the dangerously low temperatures and wind chill that are expected overnight and in the morning.
