As most of you are aware, the applicant has asked to withdraw this item from the April 11 Planning Commission Meeting. The appeal that was filed regarding the determination of completeness for the original application will be considered only if the withdrawal of the application is not accepted by commission. A. SD 13-52. Application of Site Design, Inc. (Townes Street Land Trust, Owner) for a Land Development Permit (Major Subdivision – Preliminary Plat) pursuant to Section 19-2.3.13, Land Development , of the Greenville City Code for the reconfiguration of 11 properties including 210 and 212 Townes Street Extension . The properties are zoned ‘R-6’, Single Family Residential , District, consist of approximately 2.17 acres of land along an undeveloped alley, and are proposed to be reconfigured into a total of ten (10) buildable lots along a new public street (TMS# 0178000503100 et al ) . APPLICANT REQUESTS TO WITHDRAW THIS ITEM.
B. A 13-87. Appeal by Evelyn M. Angeletti on behalf of Stephen and Elise Mills, pursuant to Section 19-2.3.16, Appeals from Decisions and Interpretations of Administrator , and 19-2.2.6, Determination of Sufficiency , of the Greenville City Code regarding the Administrator’s determination of completeness for application SD 13-52 for a Land Development Permit. THE APPEAL WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF THE WITHDRAWAL OF SD 13-52 IS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE COMMISSION .
