NMCA is looking for volunteers to help with our first fall work day at the North Main Rotary Park, next Saturday, October 8, from 9am – noon (or sooner if we finish). We’ll be picking up brush, pulling weeds (including our favorite weed, kudzu!), planting pansies and any other work that needs doing to get the park in shape prior to our October potluck on the 23rd. Hopefully the weather will cooperate, and you’ll still be able to make it home in time to see the Clemson or USC game on TV, or even drive to Clemson if you’re lucky enough to have tickets.
